I’m excited to share some new framed artwork with a fresh take on a graphic theme I’ve enjoyed designing with since my first screen printed editions. “To Be Made Whole” uses a three-dimensional approach to the landscape and vector compositions of the “No Such Cold Void” series, as seen on art prints, album covers, and concert posters over the years.

Once screen-printed onto sturdy card stock, the illustration is then laser-cut into layers and assembled within a custom-made, hexagonal shadowbox picture frame. The frame measures 14” tall by roughly 12” wide, and 1.5” deep and a pane of glass preserves and protects the contents.

This work combines my experience in painting, printmaking, woodworking, and laser cutting into a small world that can fit handsomely on your wall. After so much planning and consideration, I can't describe how amazing it was to hold this in my hands as a first of many finished pieces.

The present photography shown is of a unique prototype piece that was sent to my mother as a gift, and the first batch of orders on the production edition are scheduled for shipping in September.
